Abstracts

Abstracts will be received from 01st Jun to 15 July, and acceptance will be communicated to 1st August 2011.

At the time of sending the abstract, at least one of the authors should be registered for the Congress. Abstracts are limited to a maximum number of three (3) per author.
Author options to oral or poster’s presentation should be respected only if the organizing conditions make it possible.


Specifications for abstract presentation:

Abstracts will be typed in ARIAL font, size 11, with single space, in a Word or similar file.
They must be written in Spanish, thought the presentation could be in English. If the authors send the abstracts in English, they have to specifically let the Congress Organization to translate it.
The heading title must be in black capital letters avoiding underline.
In the second line, the author’s list must include the complete first name, middle initials and last name in capital letters. Don’t include presenting letters related to the affiliation, degree, degree, etc. Author’s names must be separated, one to another, by comma. Author’s total list is limited to five. Presenting author’s name must be underlined.
The third line is for author’s affiliations. It must include Department, Institute, Chair or Service, Faculty or institution, city and country. If the authors belong from different centers, a common reference included in the names and affiliation (with asterisks), will identify them.
In the forth line, the e-mail address of the presenting author must be included.
There won’t be empty lines in the heading.

The body text will be separated to the heading of the abstract by a single empty line, and justified at right.
It must include: Objectives, Material and Method, Results and Conclusions. The objectives must be clearly specified. Material and method describe the resources used to develop the study. The results have to be specific and well explained to understand the findings and perspective.
References must not be included.

The complete text maximum length is 250 words.
Together with the abstract text, the option to present it as LECTURE or POSTER must be included at the end.
Abstracts will be excluded if they don’t follow the indications above.
